Policy of Use

Location of the Hall – 4th Floor and Its Contents:

The hall includes 100 chairs, a screen, a sound system, and is fully soundproof.

Booking and Usage

Booking System:

• Reservations must be made in advance via phone or the website.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

• A security deposit of 500 EGP is required and will be refunded upon departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation at least 3 days before the booking: Full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation 2 days before the booking: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking: No refund; deposit will be forfeited.

Number of People:

• The hall contains 100 chairs.

• Exceeding this number is not allowed to ensure comfort and safety.

Usage Duration:

• Minimum usage time: 3 hours.

• In case of delay beyond the reserved time, an additional fee will be charged for every 30 minutes.

Pricing:

• 2,000 EGP for the first two hours.

• Starting from the third hour: 500 EGP per hour.

Use of Tools and Equipment

Paid Equipment:

• Musical instruments and devices such as laptops, mixers, guitars, and pads are available for an additional fee.

Included Equipment (no extra cost):

• Display screen

• Air conditioning

• Wi-Fi

Terms of Use

• The user is responsible for any damages that occur during use.

• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the hall or near electronic equipment.

• All tools and equipment must be returned to their original place after use.

General Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hall.

• Cleanliness must be maintained, and all waste must be disposed of in designated bins.

• Any violation of the rules may result in a fine or a ban from future bookings.
