Refund and Returns Policy

A. Bookstore & Products

• Returns: You may return physical books or merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt.

• Defective Items: If an item is defective, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (or via cash/mobile wallet if paid by Cash on Delivery) within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

B. Event & Course Registration

• Cancellations: You may cancel your registration for a training course or event up to 48 hours before the event start date for a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee or credited towards a future event.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

C. The Rock House (Retreats & Camps)

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure booking dates for large groups.

• Group Cancellations: Group bookings must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the check-in date for a refund of the balance paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

D. Donations

• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you have made an error in your donation amount or frequency, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
