Coverage

This policy applies to all physical items purchased through (Paul Ministry Bookstore) and any physical ministry resources or materials sent to you. Please note that Hall Bookings are service-based and do not require shipping; confirmation for bookings is sent digitally via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Areas

We currently provide shipping services to all governorates within Egypt. For international shipping requests regarding ministry resources, please contact our administrative office directly before placing your order to discuss arrangements.

Delivery Timelines

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days.

  • Alexandria & Delta: 3–5 business days.

  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your books/resources and the delivery location.

Special Offer: Free shipping is available for bookstore orders exceeding [Insert Amount] EGP.

Order Tracking

Once your books or resources have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking details or a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in preparing your resources. However, if you receive a damaged book or if your order is incomplete, please contact the Paul Ministry support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged items so we can promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
